  - Pages export: Default folder is export directory, not ocr directory
  
  - Options and Info Frame: OCR directory in directories tab disabled
  
  - Options Frame: Regocnita OCR tab completely disabled
  
  - Page Viewer: Copy text (OCR) removed from context menu
  
  - Options Frame: directories set to user's working area
  (to avoid the problem since XP when user has no admin rights)

  - Attachment export: Default folder is export directory,
    not temp directory.
    
  - Attachment export: Do not raise an error if source and target folder
    are the same. Improve error message if any other error occures.

  - Caching: Pages and attachments are not set to read-only on view/export.
    The cache cleanup now remove these files.
    Network-Installations: Administrators can manually copy all files into 
    a shared cache folder and set read-only flag manually. These files will
    not be removed by the cache cleanup.
